The Summit Slush Machine by PolarCab is a durable, dual-bowl unit built for cafés, restaurants and bars serving high volumes of frozen drinks.
R304 stainless steel body panel with a louver panel for ventilation. Durable, high-density PC tanks with brandable lids, and included drip trays keep the counter tidy.
Fitted with an imported European brand compressor for durable, energy-saving, low-noise operation, and an all-red copper condenser for reliable cooling.
The dual beater mixing system (inner and outer cooling cylinder) avoids “ice jam”, and an electromagnetic drive shaft plus four non-slip feet round out the build.
